The policy of the school management is to employ and maintain qualified graduate teachers for each subject area. The main focus is university graduates who have, in addition to the university degrees, teaching certificates like NCE, PGDE, B.Ed and TRCN. A subject teacher must be a specialist in that subject at least at first degree level; a second degree is an advantage. All applicants are subjected to rigorous written and oral tests in their various subject areas of specialization. They are also tested on general knowledge. Successful applicants are employed.
